Reach the Heart, Drop the Head:Â Return to a Pure Mind and Joyful Heart in Practice and Breath with Yoga and Zen
Step into the innocence of Heart Directed living with Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga and the art of Zen meditation to nourish your breath, body and heart.
Integrate the vibrancy of vinyasa yoga, the upliftment of kundalini yoga and the insight of Zen into your life. These practices lead you to a deep calm and a quiet mind, where your heart blossoms. Annâs vinyasa flow classes are formulated to bring you to your edge where long held tension and insecurities can melt in the fire of your own alchemical process. Kundalini Yoga is one of the singular most effective and transformative paths available today. Deniseâs classes are a platform for radical change and honesty. She masterfully translates complex teachings and knowledge into an experience that is accessible and fun for both new and long time practitioners. Ann and Denise weave breath into movement, mantra, mudra and meditation with harmonizing Gong relaxations.  Together we will begin a 40 day meditation as community to leave the weekend renewed with clarity and to stay Heart directed, nourished and connected.
All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary for any of the Yoga.
